Hey Pelle and Ayse,
Just a quick hello form Chamonix. Hope you are well and having a great season.
Peter (Buchholz…ski instructor Laax/ skied with Alois couple years ago and stayed with you….!)
Hi Ayse,
you guys are terrible ! !
I’m sitting in the office and to get this mail in the current economic climate kills me ;o)
Thanx for sending it though and I hope to see you maybe next year.
Enjoy the snow & keep skiing
All the best

Dear Pelle and Ayse, Thanks for keeping me up-dated. I’m just finishing up my fourth week in Argentiere and we have had similar conditions to what you are enjoying. It’s been fabulous. Don’t know if I will get back to La Grave this year but keep the cards and letters coming!! Miss you both, Mike.

Thank you both for a wonderful trip. It was a very exciting for me to see La Grave and chase you guys around the mountain. It was the perfect introduction to the joys of La Grave. The years to come will be great. Eric
Dear Pelle - On behalf of myself, my two sons and my eldest son’s friend I would like to thank you for organising an excellent weeks ski-ing. We have skied La Grave before but to have the whole package organised the way it was made it a unique experience. I hope to see you again next year.
Yours sincerely

Hi Ayse, Hi Pelle
Back in London now, and missing the mountains madly!
After leaving La Grave we were still skiing with friends near Flaine for a
couple of days and it was snowing non stop - so you must be in powder
heaven! Thanks again a real lot for making this an unforgettable week, with many wonderful and exciting experiences. My mind is still full and I already
look forward to coming back. You have created such a very special place,
not just in terms of the extraordinary skiing - but also an environment to
meet other like minded people. Enjoy the rest of the powder!
All best, Melanie

Week - 11 March 8th to 15th.
Ayse and Pelle..
Hello from Canada. We made it back safe and sound.
We are sorry we didn’t have time to say goodbye to you and thank you for the wonderful week in La Grave.
Now we can see why all the people we met at Skier’s Lodger were repeat guests!
The mountain is amazing (especially when the clouds parted, the wind stopped and we could actually see the gorgeous scenery!) We were so fortuate to get all that wonderful powder snow during the week too. The food was exquisite! (really 4 star quality!!) The guides were great too. We especially enjoyed “Farmer” who we had for the last 2 days. He was so entertaining, knowlegable, caring, considerate of everyone’s needs and extremely safely concious.
Thank you for arranging our last day of guiding to St Christophe. Touring to and having lunch in that charming little town, then working our way through Les Deux Alpes and back to La Grave was a highlight of the week. We also enjoyed exploring the Serre Chevalier ski area on our last day. Many thanks to Marie for arranging our tranportation!
I was wondering if you had email addresses for:
Andy from Oregon,
Nicky from Holland,
either Andreas, Costas or Panons from Greece
and finally Farmer.
I had written down all their addresses and promised them photos, but we also wrote taxi-driver,Eddy’s phone number on it and Dave remembers seeing it in the our last hotel in London and unfortunately it didn’t make it home with us!
If you do have a contact for them and you find a spare minute, please send the info back to me.
You are going to have such a fullfilling life with those beautiful babies! You will have 3 times more love in your lives!!!

My friend (James Willingale) and I stayed with you last week - Sunday -
Wednesday.(H) Week - 11 March 8th to 15th. We had a fantastic time and would like to thank you and all of
your staff for your welcoming hospitality, excellent food, warm and
comfortable accommodation, and for sorting out the excellent guiding
service. Everything exceeded our expectations and, although the weather
restricted the skiing somewhat, we did at least have fresh snow and really
enjoyed the La Grave experience.
A special mention must go to Marie, who made us feel welcome from the
moment we walked in, to the chefs for very good food, and to Matt Framer,
our Guide, who ensured we made the best of the mountain.
Thanks again and we look forward to returning as soon as we can.
The night of February the 1st it started to snow and the day after we had a super dat with Keith!
