Hey guys, thought you would get a kick out of this ,  I did the Pan Naked and opened the traverse on the Derby Day, LOL

Too much fun,  the best run of my life on a brand new pair of S7′s with PLUM bindings,  It took me my whole life and a bunch of begging this season,  But I finally have the dream skis of my life,  I don’t know if there is a better system on the planet,  but Each turn down that glacier represented an orgasm, LOL.

Even though I couldn’t feel a thing down there,  Standing on the North Face naked with S7′s and Plums on their first descent ever was the best test run of my life and not too mention maybe the craziest thing I have ever done.

Big up to Rossi and Plum for giving me the ride of my life,

Stay tuned to my blog,  story and photos to come

Joey

The photos of me on the traverse are from Keith,  and the last one that is attached is just one I took from my phone of the line,  :-)

PS,  if you have not tried a Plum yet, I highly recommend it,  They have changed the game and looking forward to see whats next.

We are watching it again now at my house,  but here is the link http://unofficialnetworks.com/gnar/

Pelle,

I missed you this morning to say goodbye.

I would like to sincerely thank you for the truly great experience

this week has been for me under your competent guidance. The slogan on

the the website provides the perfect summary ‘The goal is to keep

clients challenged by the terrain, but not terrified by the

surroundings’. I am sure my skiing has improved and my love for

freeriding has only got greater. The heli-skiing experience was

absolutely marvelous.

The unique Skierslodge concept where everybody easily bonds through

the enthusiasm for skiing has been deeply appreciated as well.

Many thanks,

Kristof

Great Ski Week!

Wednesday, March 2nd, 2011

Hi Pelle and Ayse,

Thanks again for the great week we had in La Grave.
Please say thanks to all of your staff and the guides (incl. the Pole Whacker ;-)

I put some pictures on the web:

https://picasaweb.google.com/Guus.Rietbergen/LaGrave2011#

Some movies will follow soon.
Attached some .KMZ files. If you have Google Earth installed on your computer, clicking the files will start Google Earth and show the routes we did on some days.
- 20/2 (snowing) lots of runs on the mountain,
- 21/2 also on the glacier
- 22/2 Mt. Genevre incl. La Vachette
Try to tilt the view (on PC: Shift+ Arrow down) and you see the 3D view of the mountain, as on the attached .jpg.

Hope you will have a lot of snow (and guests) the rest of the season, we were lucky again!!

Vriendelijke groeten / Kind regards,
Guus Rietbergen //
